||Constitution for the United States of America:
Using this topical arrangement of the Constitution for the United
States of America, you can read everything contained in the U.S. constitution
on any of the topics included in the arrangement.
||Treaty for an Alliance of American States
One day when I was criticizing the Constitution for the United States
of America, my father asserted that nobody alive today could write
a better one. I told him that I could. He didn't think so.
I started to write a better constitution but, eventually, I wrote this
treaty instead. The idea is that a constitution defines a nation.
A treaty is an agreement between nations. The American states ought
not to form a single nation. They ought to be independent nations
themselves. That's why I wrote a treaty instead of a constitution.
It's still a better document than the Constitution for the United States
